Our Fundamental Transparency Commitments

Clear, legally binding guarantees regarding your enterprise property.

1. Strict Prohibition of Customer Data for LLM Training

Your operational records, inventory receipts, invoices, HR files, and financial statements are strictly yours. We never use, sell, or license customer tenant data to train foundational models for ourselves or third parties.

2. Law Enforcement & Statutory Requests Policy

We challenge unlawful or overly broad requests for enterprise records. We only disclose data when compelled by valid, binding legal processes (such as a formal court order) and will notify affected tenant administrators unless legally barred by statute.

3. Transparent Subprocessor & Infrastructure Disclosure

We maintain a publicly accessible registry of all third-party cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS data centers, Cloudflare edge security). Customers are notified at least 30 days before any new subprocessor is engaged.

4. Public Status & Post-Mortem Accountability

System health is monitored on our live public status dashboard. In the rare event of an operational service disruption, we publish detailed root-cause post-mortems with permanent corrective engineering measures.
