Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software strictly in accordance with their subscription agreement. No source code or proprietary assets may be extracted, resold, or redistributed.
3. User-Generated Data Sovereignty
You retain full copyright and ownership of all business content, ledgers, records, and media that you upload or generate within your tenant workspace.
4. Notice & Takedown Procedure (DMCA / Infringement)
