This Privacy Policy describes how NiNo AI Autonomous and the NiNo Mobile App collect, process, store, and safeguard personal and operational data when you visit our website, utilize our SiOps modules, or use our mobile applications.

We collect information necessary to deliver our services: (a) Personal identity: Name, phone number, email address, profile avatar. (b) Mobile Device Permissions: Approximate and precise GPS location (for nearby local supply discovery, SOS alerts, and logistics tracking), Camera access (for QR code scanning, instant photo attachments, and moment posts), and Device Contacts (optional, strictly for discovering friends and inviting team members with explicit user consent). (c) System activity logs and diagnostics necessary to ensure high system stability and security.

Data is processed strictly to provision your enterprise workspace or personal NiNo account, facilitate real-time messaging, provide location-based local supplier discovery, enforce role-based access controls, deliver automated push notifications, and comply with statutory legal requirements. We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to any third-party advertisers.

All communications between our mobile apps, web clients, and backend services are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with strict tenant boundary isolation and immutable audit logs.

You retain full sovereignty over your personal data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the NiNo Mobile App (Profile > Settings > Account & Security > Delete Account) or submit an online request via our dedicated portal at https://nino.to/delete-account. Upon deletion, your identity, contacts, locations, messages, and uploaded media are purged irreversibly.
