All software, trademarks, logos, patents, and materials provided by NiNo AI Autonomous remain the exclusive property of NiNo AI Autonomous and its licensors. You retain full ownership of all data and business information uploaded to your tenant workspace.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted environments. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Specific enterprise uptime guarantees and remedies are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NiNo AI Autonomous shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from platform downtime or loss of business data.
